JOB REQUIREMENTS: What's the Role? As the Senior Director of IdentityManagement, you will lead the strategic development and implementationof identity management (IM) solutions across the organization. This roleis pivotal in setting strategic direction to support IT andorganizational strategies. The Senior Director will focus on ensuringsecure, efficient, and scalable identity lifecycle management, aligningwith industry standards and regulatory requirements. They will assumeaccountabilities for identity management client functions and coordinateaccountabilities within IT, engaging staff, leadership, and businesspartners to mature and sustain information risk management across theenterprise. Primary Duties & Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership:Develop and execute a comprehensive identity management strategy thatsupports organizational goals and regulatory compliance, engagingIdentity & Access Management (IAM) leadership in strategic directionsetting. Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensiveidentity management strategy that supports organizational goals andregulatory compliance, engaging Identity & Access Management (IAM)leadership in strategic direction setting. Identity LifecycleManagement: Oversee user provisioning, deprovisioning, and identitygovernance processes to ensure secure and efficient operations.
