JobSummary The Senior Product Quality Engineer plays a critical role inbridging the work between the Quality and Product Development teams.This hands-on position requires a deep understanding of motorcyclecomponents, systems, testing, and related processes. As the SeniorProduct Quality Engineer, you will take end-to-end ownership of productquality for specific components, collaborating closely with design,testing, supply, and manufacturing teams. Key responsibilities includedriving Design for Quality (DFQ) from the outset of each program,leading and mentoring cross-functional teams through key processes suchas DFMEA, DVP&R, and PFMEA. You will also guide the design engineeringand supply quality teams in supplier process assessments and helpintegrate insights and learnings back into the product design andrequirement documents. Above all, you will be accountable for ensuringthe final quality of your components, directly impacting the customerexperience and satisfaction. Your leadership and expertise will beintegral to the successful development and delivery of high-qualityproducts. This position is looking for an interest and expertise invehicle systems software.
