JOB REQUIREMENTS: The FP&A Analyst II at Regal Rexnord's Milwaukee HQis a key member of the Commercial Gearing Finance team within theIndustrial Powertrain Solutions Segment, reporting directly to theCommercial Gearing Finance Director. This role supports comprehensivefinancial planning, reporting, and analysis for the Commercial GearingBusiness Unit, serving as a strategic partner to both site operationsand corporate teams. By leveraging data and analytics, the analystdelivers actionable business insights, drives process improvements andenhances decision-making through clear and effective communication. Thisis a hybrid role that is based out of Milwaukee, Wisconsin HQ location.Key Responsibilities Partner with the Commercial Gearing FinanceDirector to deliver insightful analysis and reporting to Business Unit,Division & Senior Leadership. Lead the development, consolidation anddelivery of monthly performance reports featuring critical financialmetrics, results, and variance analysis. Collaborate with siteoperations and corporate teams to optimize monthly forecasting / annualbudgeting processes while driving cross-functional alignment and robustanalysis. Engage with site operations teams to monitor and report dailysay/do performance and key operational KPIs. Leverage advancedanalytical tools and systems knowledge to organize large datasets,transforming complex information into clear, data-drivenrecommendations. Analyze P&L and working capital trends to help identifyrisks and opportunities while proposing actions to optimize financialperformance. Support ad hoc financial and strategic project work.Support internal control processes to ensure compliance with statutoryregulations and Regal Rexnord accounting policies.
