JOB REQUIREMENTS: SummaryAssist in driving successful outcomes in theimplementation of the Northwestern Mutual planning philosophy withexisting advisors and new recruits who join Northwestern Mutual. Engagewith advisors through various channels including primarily an inboundphone queue, virtual consultations, virtual presentations, as well as inperson. Spend significant time virtually and in person working withadvisors, their staff, and office leadership where applicable, to helpthem become deeply skilled in delivering high quality plans to theirprospects and clients. Further, participate in large events, presenttraining content in group settings, and may represent Financial PlanningConsulting at field events or within the home office. Primary Duties andResponsibilities: Assist in the driving of Key Performance Indicatorsfor the Financial Planning and Consultation team with your assignedtarget audience. Partner with Region leads and Assistant Director ofFinancial Planning and Consultation to ensure alignment of objectivesand establish expectations for assigned offices and advisors. Engagewith advisors and staff through an inbound phone queue to providepersonalized coaching to master the software and the related processes(fact finding, plan build, plan presentation). With the guidance ofleadership, educate and collaborate with field leaders to promote NM'splanning philosophy, increase planning adoption, and help influence riskand investment product sales. With the guidance of leadership, innovateto help develop better effectiveness in training/supporting our field onbest practices for planning throughout the sales cycle. With theguidance of leadership, provide quality planning consultations andpresentations to the field on the integration of financial products tocreate solutions for clients primarily via inbound calls, long-distancetraining methods, schools, and potential visits to network offices.Offer just-in-time solutioning for case design and plan design needs.Possibility to have in-person presence with your assigned targetaudience to build relationships and promote local culture around digitaltools and financial planning. Partner with the Technology Solutions &Support Consultant (TSC) (where available) to ensure local adoption ofrelated planning tools including CRM, client website, client accountaggregation, prospect invite, Digital FactFinder, etc. Be available tobuild financial plans for the advisor on an as-needed basis. Escalatefeedback to leadership and/or appropriate partners to follow through onneeds/gaps of advisors and/or network office around sales skills,leadership alignment, etc. QualificationsMinimum Requirements: 3+ yearsprofessional work experience in the financial services industry.
