JOB REQUIREMENTS: This Manager will help lead Commercial and Technicalsupport for Specialized Distribution (ETO-based) and General Industrycustomers. This role is critical in bridging customer requirements withour engineering capabilities, ensuring accurate capture of technicalinput and efficient collaboration. This role supports our Clutches andBrakes (C&B) team. Key Responsibilities Develop and optimize NorthAmerican ETO-based Specialty Distribution channels (feed, weed, seed)Coordinate market strategy with key Clutches and Brakes (C&B) teams:Brand, Marketing, Product Management, Finance, Engineering, and DesignCapture Voice-of-Customer insights to identify market needs and championsolutions in the NPD process Implement sales plans and initiatives toincrease share and revenue through strong technical relationships withchannels and IPS teams Manage and grow top account opportunities byleveraging new products and past successes into similar accounts Buildstrategic relationships with decision-makers at high-growth accounts,directly and via chosen partners Secure customer specifications andpreference for Regal Rexnord's full C&B portfolio. Act as the C&Bsolutions expert for specialty distributors and key accounts: leadpresentations, support visits, webinars, and influence specifications.Serve as a trusted advisor Provide pre-sale technical and applicationssupport to both internal and external customers Support sales teams withtechnical expertise during customer meetings and proposals Interpretscustomer needs and aids the customer in defining technical andcommercial requirements Maintain up-to-date knowledge of productspecifications and industry standards Contribute to productcustomization discussions and feasibility assessments Work withCommercial Operations to standardize Salesforce processes for trackingshare growth activities Collaborate with C&B field service teams toincrease capacity and drive product pull-through Conduct on-site visitsto plants/sites in our core industries Key Traits & Drivers Strongtechnical communication and industry/application knowledge Excellenttime management, planning, communication, and presentation skillsEffective negotiator; adept at working in a matrixed organizationResults-driven, resilient, and action-oriented Customer-focused withproblem-solving skills and a positive attitude Engineering InterfaceCapture and validate customer technical requirements Translatingcustomer needs into clear, actionable inputs for engineering teamsEnsure timely and accurate communication to avoid unnecessary delays andoptimize engineering resources Customer Focus Acts with acustomer-centric mindset to deliver exceptional support Ability tointerface effectively with customers and internal engineering teamsImprove processes...
