JOB REQUIREMENTS: Part-Time Evening Caregiver Brookfield Area (November& December) Tues, Fri, Sat, Sun 6:00 PM 9:30 PM We are seeking aresponsible and compassionate part-time caregiver to providecompanionship and basic assistance to a friendly elderly male residingin a fully staffed assisted living facility in the Brookfield area. Thisposition is ideal for someone who is dependable, observant, andcomfortable communicating with family members and facility staff. Therole involves companionship, light assistance, and coordination withon-site caregivers. Job Details: Sit and provide companionship duringevening hours Pick him up from the dining area and wheel him to his roomafter dinner Watch TV and engage in light conversation Assist withsimple evening tasks Keep him hydrated and remind him to takemedications (no administration required) Communicate with full-timenursing staff if anything seems wrong Maintain confidentiality andrespect the resident's privacy and dignity Schedule & Pay: Tuesdays,Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays 6:00 PM 9:30 PM Position is for November& December Hours may be adjusted after January 1st Requirements: Must be18 years or older Prior caregiving experience preferred (referencesrequired) Must pass a background check Must have reliable transportationand valid vehicle insurance Must have a working mobile phone Strongcommunication skills and a compassionate, patient attitude Employmentpolicies and decisions on employment and promotion are based on merit,qualifications, performance, and business needs.
