JOB REQUIREMENTS: Genesis10 is seeking a Client Support Specialist for a6-month contract position with a client located in Franklin, WI. Thisrole is 100% onsite and has 8 open positions. Compensation: $14.00 -16.00 per hour. Summary: The Client Support Specialist will supportclients and field members-primarily through call center operations-byresolving inquiries related to the consumer website and mobile app. Thisrole focuses on delivering a distinctive client experience, resolvingissues efficiently, and proactively identifying opportunities forcontinuous improvement. Responsibilities: Support clients and fieldmembers with issues related to login, registration, password resets,navigation, and general content on the consumer website and mobile app.Deliver a distinctive and efficient client experience through eachinteraction. Provide effective solutions to inquiries, taking ownershipof calls and addressing potential future issues to reduce repeat callsand unnecessary transfers. Serve as a trusted advocate for FinancialRepresentatives and partner with them to meet client needs. Educateclients and Financial Representatives on website functionality andself-service tools. Build professional relationships with clients toimprove brand engagement and loyalty. Demonstrate skill in de-escalatingclient concerns and resolving service challenges. Achieve productivityand quality goals while maintaining exceptional customer service. Handlephone support and transactional responsibilities while maintainingstrict confidentiality of personal information. Multi-task effectivelybetween phone duties and follow-up casework with high accuracy. Workboth independently and collaboratively to identify opportunities forprocess improvements. Research and evaluate solutions using availabletools and resources. Uphold strict confidentiality and privacystandards. Support and encourage continuous improvement initiativesacross the team. Adjust work priorities as needed to support businessdemands and client needs. Advocate for improvements and propose viablesolutions or alternatives. Perform accurate and efficient keyboardingand computer tasks. Qualifications: Strong customer support experience,ideally in a call center or client-facing environment. Excellentcommunication, problem-solving, and de-escalation skills. Ability tolearn and navigate digital platforms, websites, and mobile applications.High attention to detail, accuracy, and professionalism. Ability tohandle confidential information appropriately. Capability to workindependently and as part of a team. Strong multitasking andorganizational skills. Proficiency in computer usage and typing.
