Job Description:The opportunity: Do you enjoy organizing information and ensuringaccuracy? As a Data Intake Associate for our Claims Services team,you'll play a key role in supporting Stop Loss and Health Claims.You'll be responsible for reviewing submitted reports and entering theminto our system, ensuring everything is set up correctly. You'll alsocreate claimant profiles and handle any unique data entry needs. In thisrole, you'll delegate less complex reporting to Data IntakeAdministrators. How you will contribute: Accurately process all types ofdata submissions, determining if the information is a clinical summary,detailed report, correspondence, etc. Possess proficient knowledge inthe Data Intake policies and procedures Demonstrate the ability to adaptto new business processes Act independently or in a team when processingdata submissions Understand the importance of accuracy when processingdata received and appropriately allocates resources Identify lesscomplex data submissions and follow up/monitor with Data IntakeAdministrators Review error trends and positively support teamdevelopment Meets established metrics for production and accuracyCommunicate regularly with Data Intake Consultant to raise processconcerns or escalate submissions Work with Team Leads to identifytraining opportunities Engage in development opportunities Generatecontinuous...
