Our West Geography is looking for an Electrical Engineer to join our multi-disciplinary team in our San Francisco or Los Angeles office . We are looking for a skilled Electrical Engineer who is looking to work on designs for a wide range of projects including healthcare, laboratories, data centers, commercial and rail. The Opportunity u00b7 Participate in the design of a variety of medium to large-scale complex projects. Undertake electrical systems design, predominantly for building projects, including power systems and lighting systems u00b7 Gain experience working on diverse projects across all of our major business sectors including Healthcare, science and technology, laboratories, and infrastructure u00b7 Collaborate with exceptional multi-disciplinary teams using our experience at the local, regional, and global levels u00b7 Have opportunities for advancement in a rapidly growing office u00b7 Design and perform calculations for power system study, lighting systems and associated controls u00b7 Prepare and review drawings and specifications detailing the design u00b7 Coordinate with multiple teams and working in conjunction with project managers to help complete work you're doing. Write reports for internal and external purposes based on findings u00b7 Presenting technical material in traditional and innovative ways for review by technical and non-technical audiences u00b7 Understanding trends and standard methodologies u00b7 Participating in local Professional Associations The skills u00b7 Bacheloru2019s degree in Electrical or Architectural Engineering u00b7 Atleast 4 years of experience designing electrical systems for buildings u00b7 Ability to prioritize effectively, balance assigned work and exceptional organization skills are required for our constantly evolving environment u00b7 Strong interpersonal and communication skills essential for team-based working u00b7 Presentation skills with colleagues and clients of all levels u00b7 Experience with Revit MEP Preferred Skills u00b7 Experience with design and analysis of renewable and distributed energy systems u00b7 LEED accreditation u00b7 Experience with power system modeling using SKM Please note that all applicants must apply directly via the job portal. This range is commensurate with experience, educational background, and skill level. Benefits are not included in the base salary. Please note hiring ranges for candidates performing work outside of San Francisco will differ.
