Join us at Crowe and embark on a career where you can help shape the future of our industry.Job Description:Crowe's dynamic and entrepreneurial Federal Tax Consulting Services practice incorporates cutting-edge technology into an innovative team-based approach to deliver specialized federal tax consulting to clients ranging from middle market companies to the Fortune 500. The group is currently searching for a Senior Manager to lead cost segregation engagements. A successful candidate will be prepared to assist the current leadership in expanding revenue by working with practice offices on existing clients and external opportunities coming through our business development team, and possess the following skills:Develop and execute project work plansLead cost segregation projects of both purchased and constructed propertiesLead comprehensive depreciation lookback analysis projectsLead Section 179D and Section 45L incentive certification projectsIdentify value-added opportunities and work in a team environment to develop businessExhibit proven leadership and project management skills in managing client service teams and multiple projects in a fast-paced and interactive team environment to meet and exceed client expectationsStrong analytical, problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.Strong data management skills, including advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and AlteryxAbility to mentor and develop staff and seniors, including on-the-job technical training and coachingExceptional client service and communication skills with a proven ability to develop and maintain outstanding client relationships.Personal drive to develop self/others and provide leadership insight to the existing leadership team#LI-HybridQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Engineering, MST (Master of Science in Taxation) is a plusMust have at least 8 years of experience in public accounting; strong preference for Big 4 or large regional firm experienceExperience in the subject matter areas described above preferredCPA, EA, or PE (professional Engineer) credential requiredWe expect the candidate to uphold Crowe's values of Care, Trust, Courage, and Stewardship.
