The Oncology Clinical Analyst will provide clinical subject matter expertise to support HCAu2019s Oncology portfolio by collaborating with project teams and Sarah Cannon business partners to meet ITG project objectives. This position will provide dedicated oncology and pharmacy clinical support to technical teams to ensure successful delivery of the Expanse product initiatives according to the HCAu2019s programmatic objectives. The successful candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, the ability to establish effective working relationships, and manage multiple priorities. This includes collaborating with and leading other project team members to design functional product details and changes, identify and escalate project issues, and ultimately ensure product requirements are met. The candidate will provide hands-on expertise to validate workflows and clinical processes, ensuring that system configuration supports safe, efficient care. Their main objective will be to interpret and validate complex chemotherapy regimens (PEDS, Blood Cancer, non u2013 NCCN, Clinical Trials) both pre and post EMR build. The candidate will provide chemotherapy and other oncology related medication management guidance to corporate pharmacy teams. They will be expected to frequently communicate with project team members, support resources, other supporting external vendors, and end users. This position requires a strong working knowledge of Oncology and Pharmacy standards of practice. The ideal candidate for this position has experience as a clinical pharmacist supporting oncology services. Duties Include but Are Not Limited To: + Leads and participates as part of Sarah Cannonu2019s Oncology Governance Council + Collaborates with business owners to define drugs and chemo regimens to best align with Sarah Cannon programmatic policies and clinical guidance + Translates complex drug and chemotherapy regimens into system requirements and design specifications + Leads the preparation of system development artifacts such as requirements, analysis, process flow and design system documentation including user guides and system administration procedures + Partners with ITG product teams and QA resources to ensure requirements are successfully fulfilled + Works closely with each program to ensure software usage optimization + Develops and identifies potential operational changes to streamline operations and enhance service delivery + As clinically relevant, provides tier 2 and 3 customer support to the end users + Takes ownership of responsibilities, working individually or with teams to accomplish goals + Ability to multi-task, given various task assignments, assisting management in prioritization of tasks + Practices and adheres to the u201cCode of Conductu201d philosophy and u201cMission and Values Statementu201d + Performs other duties as assigned Knowledge, Skills and Abilities + Knowledge of business process improvement, workflows, evaluation of processes, business process modeling and data modeling preferred + Leadership qualities such as strong written/spoken communication skills, positive attitude, service-based mentality and conflict management + Ability to learn, understand, and apply new technologies, methods, and processes + Working knowledge of scrum and agile project delivery methodologies + Clinical expertise in oncology pharmacy + Ability to develop/analyze chemotherapy and supportive care treatment plans + The candidate excels in remote environments with prompt follow up, strong question asking, and high-engagement. + As a corporate position, the candidate displays executive presence through sound written and verbal communication.
