Description: You will be the Software Engineer Sr Stf - Test Automation - Level 5 for the Systems Integration and Test (SI&T) team which is responsible for systemu2011level test automation of the Fu201116 and FAu201150 avionics. What You Will Be Doing As the Software Engineer Sr Stf - Test Automation - Level 5, you will lead all testu2011automation activities for the Integrated Fighter Group. You will shape the automation architecture, drive script development, and partner with engineering, flightu2011test, and software teams to deliver highu2011quality, repeatable test solutions. Your responsibilities will include: + Define and evolve the testu2011automation strategy and architecture for Fu201116 and FAu201150 programs. + Lead the creation, review, and maintenance of automated test scripts using TWIN and Python. + Establish team processes, standards, and best practices for automation across SI&T. + Develop basisu2011ofu2011estimate (BOE) documentation for future automated test initiatives. + Coordinate with the automated test environment, project engineering, and airborne software teams to integrate and execute the automated testing pipeline. Basic Qualifications: u2022 Bachelor's degree in STEM discipline (Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering preferred) u2022 Test automation experience u2022 Systems integration and test experience Desired Skills: u2022 Experience with avionics system integration and test (test plans, test procedures, test requirements, test reports, automated test, verification test) u2022 Experience within the Architecture, Design, Integration & Test (ADIT) organization u2022 Experience supporting the defense or commercial aviation industry u2022 Experience leading and architecting test automation strategy for a team u2022 Experience developing a vision for an organization or team u2022 Experience architecting and incorporating AI/ML into existing development and test processes u2022 Experience using automation in desktop simulation and Hardware In The Loop (HITL) environments u2022 Knowledge and use of a variety of test automation tools u2022 Knowledge of big data/AI uses for automated tools u2022 Experience with EVMS/CAM u2022 Knowledge of SI&T handoffs and connections to flight test u2022 Experience standing up and implementing new software tools including automation frameworks u2022 Excellent written and verbal communication skills u2022 Ability to work in a collaborative and team-based environment u2022 Proficient with Microsoft Office Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration. Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
