CNC Operator

We are currently seeking a **1STSHIFTCNC OPERATOR** For a local**TIPP CITY, OH**manufacturing company. We are looking for a CNC Operator who is experienced operating a CNC machine and is confident in their ability to run and manage the processes on their own. **QUALIFICATIONS:** - Abilityto read a print and understand call outs and specific details related to the parts they are working on. - Abilityto use and read gauges and understand the differences between good and bad partsbeing produced. - Must befamiliar with the operation of CNC style machines, but do not need to be a programmer. - Should be able to perform tooling set ups. Mike would like someone he can grow into a lead role if this project should require additional people in the future. - **Must beresponsible and detail oriented** - Must be self-motivated and know when to ask for help when needed. **HIGHLIGHTS OF THIS POSITION**: - 1stshift - Monday-Friday (possible OT available) - **Pay is based on experience** - Long-term employment opportunity - EXCELLENT benefits upon hire.
