IMEG is growing, and we'd love to have you join ourteamWe are currently seeking a Director of Aviation that can be locatedat any of our IMEG offices and/or open to remote work.As the Director ofAviation, you will be responsible for driving the overall developmentand growth of the Aviation market through strategic organization,relationship building, client development, and internal collaborationand education across IMEG teams. In addition, you will provide visionand leadership that promotes the Aviation market and motivateshigh-level engagement of team leadership and staff in the market.Principal Responsibilities Develop corporate strategy for thedevelopment, growth, and sustainment of the Aviation market Collaborate with Executive Vice-Presidents, Vice Presidents, and ClientExecutives for expansion of the Aviation market in their areas ofoperation, fostering engagement across the firm for specific marketinitiatives & contract pursuits Develop an annual Aviation marketbusiness plan and establish annual new fee goals for the market Conduct consistently scheduled Aviation market meetings with appropriateVice Presidents, Client Executives, Project Executives, and BusinessDevelopers to share information and promote collaboration across thefirm Target and build new, and foster on-going meaningfulrelationships with client owners, design, and construction firms and...For full info follow application link.
