PositionOverview The Contract Compliance Analyst III will facilitate contractimplementation and revenue pull-through activities, both proactive andreactive, with internal and external parties. This position will ensurethe public and private payer reimbursement. The role is also fundamentalin reviewing that billing and payment processes are efficient, timely,and in compliance with corporate goals, contracts and/or regulations.This position will facilitate and manage contract implementation foroperations and partner with Managed Care to develop and maintainagreements that provide medical providers and patients with access toour assays while aligning with Exact Sciences goals and objectives.Essential Duties Include, but are not limited to, the following: Developcommunication for contracts, amendments, and notifications for theinternal Revenue Cycle Team (RCT) customers and collaborate with theField Managed Care team in negotiations with payers for operationaloptimization. Play a role in the development and maintenance of acontract database and contract management system, working with thecredentialing and legal teams. Collaborate with finance and analytics toidentify, analyze, and determine next steps to address negative revenuepull-through scenarios specific to payers and across payer segments;including Medicare Advantage, Blues, Medicaid, etc. Collaborate with RCTManagers and specialists to develop and leverage relationships withbilling operations staff and payers when resolving claim adjudicationissues, both contractual and non-contractual. Support execution ofpull-through plans to meet quarterly/annual revenue recovery goals.Identify broad revenue opportunities that span a particular customersegment; including utilizing Content Management Systems (CMS) fornoncontracted Managed Medicare non-payments and the Employer Coalitioninitiative.
