You willcollaborate closely with our sales team, providing your technicalexpertise to ensure the successful implementation of customer solutions.Your role will play a vital part in delivering outstanding results, fromthe initial proposal strategy meetings to the final project handoff.WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION: Review RFPs, specifications,email communications, and drawings (structural and electrical singleline diagrams) to determine solution and product compliance, includingpreliminary HVAC sizing, lighting calculations, battery calculations,and weight estimates. Provide technical assistance to customers, salesmanagers, engineering, and estimating teams, including the completion ofdatasheets to define estimating inputs. Participate in key customermeetings, including visits, presentations, proposal clarifications, andproject kick-off meetings. Ensure technical compliance and accuracy inquotes and develop compelling proposal documents and customer valuepropositions. Support new product development, product introductions,and product improvements by analyzing and communicating productdevelopment needs internally. Provide technical solutions aligned withcustomer needs and Trachte/Parkline product capabilities. Collaborate inproject handover meetings with project managers and engineers to ensureseamless transitions. Broaden your abilities by exploring newcoordinated equipment offerings and improving your expertise. YOU HAVE:A Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent workexperience. Ideally 5+ years of demonstrated ability in the electricalinfrastructure market in a technical role. Proficiency with LV/MVSwitchgear, Relay Panels, UPS, MCC, VFD, and related equipment.Expertise in crafting drawing layouts and managing multiple projectssimultaneously. Strong product presentation, communication skills, andtechnical competence. Outstanding customer service and follow-upcapabilities. Willingness to travel occasionally.
