Food Beverage Sr. Project Manager

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Mead & Hunt, a nationally recognized engineering firm,is experiencing unprecedented growth of its Food & Beverage group. As aresult, a full-time position is available for an experienced projectmanager in our West Allis (Milwaukee area) office. The ideal candidatewill be responsible for leading a multi-disciplinary design team focusedon providing innovative process, packaging, and automation solutions tomanufacturing clients. The project manager will provide engineeringleadership and a solid working understanding of process, utility,packaging, and control systems. Project managers will be responsible formanaging all phases of the project including design, equipmentprocurement, construction, commissioning, and training while providing apositive client experience. Travel will be required. The successfulcandidate will have: Bachelor's degree (or higher) in mechanical orchemical engineering or related field from an accredited college oruniversity and at least 10 years of relevant engineering firm experienceof which at least 2 must be at the project manager level OR If nodegree, at least 14 years of relevant engineering firm experience ofwhich at least 2 must be at the project manager level. The idealcandidate will have any/all of the following: Delivering process,packaging, and/or automation projects on budget and on schedule Managingcomplex scopes and multiple simultaneous projects Guiding disciplineleads on project design Managing client interaction and expectationsIdentifying and developing business opportunities Collaborating withengineers, subcontractors, subconsultants, and equipment vendor At Mead& Hunt we shape the future by putting people first.
