As a result ofcontinued growth we are seeking Entry Level Electrical Assemblers towork in our Electrical Assembly department to assist in the building ofenclosures. Responsibilities: (what you will be doing) Pre-assembleelectrical kits from inventoried components & GPC fabricated componentsLight fabrication work - drilling, forming, wire striping and crimpingMaterial Handling Working with Electrical Engineering, ProductionSupervisors, & Team Leads Support the installation needs for variouselectrical equipment Requirements: (what it takes to be successful)Detail Orientated with the ability to learn to read blueprints and billof materials Aptitude to learn GPC manufacturing processes Able to readmeasuring devices, such as tape measure Able to troubleshoot and problemsolve Highly motivated with a desire to learn and advance Able tocommunicate and work well with others Must pass competency test andpre-employment physical including drug screen Physically fit - able tolift 50 pounds and climb ladders Equal OpportunityEmployer/Minorities/Women/Veterans/Disabled Global Power Components isan Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employer.
