Engagescustomers in meaningful conversations and asks questions toidentifycross-selling opportunities; makes appropriate blend of qualifiedreferrals to branch personnel and branch business partners on aconsistent basis to meet goals as communicated by Branch Administration.Uses customer relationship management tool to record referrals andupdate customer contacts.
