POSITION Allspring is seeking a highly experienced andmotivated Senior Analyst - Investment Data & Operations to lead andoptimize our investment data operations. In this critical role, you willbe responsible for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and timelinessof our investment data, while also driving process improvements. Wecurrently operate in a hybrid working model, whereby you will berequired to work in-office 4 days a week. Location(s): Milwaukee, WIRESPONSIBILITIES Data Quality Leadership: Develop and implementcomprehensive data quality frameworks, standards, and procedures acrossall investment data domains. Oversee data quality monitoring andvalidation processes, ensuring timely identification and resolution ofdata discrepancies. Lead root cause analysis of data issues andimplement corrective actions to prevent recurrence. Establish and trackkey data quality metrics, reporting on data quality performance tosenior management.
