Commercial Janitorial Porter

Applicant must have at least 6 months of experience in commercial janitorial work. References will need to be provided. Have reliable transportation. This position requires applicant to work nights, weekends and some holidays. Must be detailed orientated and complete all tasks as assigned. Part time applicants will be required to work multiple jobs site as assigned. Duties include mopping, vacuuming and window cleaning. Applicant must know how to use and operate a back pack vacuum, pressure washer and auto floor scrubber. A $300 hiring bonus will be availble after 6 months emplyment pending a review. 1 week paid vacation after 1 year of employment. Monthly drawings for perfect attendance will be held with winner receiving $125.00. Full time postion wage up to $17 per hr and part time wage at $15 per hr.
