This role is leading initiatives they often establish with limited guidance to the definition of done, working with immediate peers, and communicating on a team-wide level.Responsibilities:Applying current and learning new technical skills and understanding required to complete often technically more difficult tasks to the definition of done.Conducts and facilitates code reviews at times ensuring coding standards are being met.Writes technical documentation for application development.Maintains in-depth knowledge of all the applications and code worked on, even code not written by the individual.Conducts Proof-of-Concepts for new solutions and/or technologies when asked and provides pro/con inputs to the team for decision making.Identifies, owns, and ensures implementation of work process improvement concepts.Skills:Communication - Communicates with organization.
