We are seeking a ContinuousImprovement Specialist responsible for identifying inefficiencies inmanufacturing and implementing strategies to enhance productivity,reduce waste, and improve overall performance. The position will providecoaching and mentorship across all departments to foster a culture ofcontinuous improvement and accountability. Responsibilities Establishand drive a culture of continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma andother methodologies. Lead and manage continuous improvement initiativesacross the plants, focusing on operational efficiency, product quality,cost reductions and customer satisfaction. Collaborate withcross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement andalign projects with business objectives. Facilitate problem-solvingsessions and Kaizen events to engage teams in continuous improvementactivities. Conduct training sessions to promote a culture of continuousimprovement.
