JOB REQUIREMENTS: Training Specialist The Training Specialist isresponsible for managing and maintaining key technical training programsto meet the needs of the business for compliance, customer satisfactionand employee skill development. Ensuring the maintenance of personnel records and curriculumdatabases with the use of relevant training processes/systems Analyzing,developing, and implementing new training processes for functional areasWorking in collaboration with the operations team to develop trainingmaterials such as: slide decks, handouts, eLearning modules, tests, andon-the-job training forms. Facilitating learning through a variety ofdelivery methods including classroom instruction, virtual training,on-the-job coaching Coordinating employee certification programs withdepartment leaders Defining and creating employee curricula based on jobrequirements. Managing and maintaining in-house training facilities andequipment Researching training suppliers and materials as needed -including details, cost comparison, and timelines. Creating andmaintaining training procedures and work instructions as needed tosupport the training system. Performing administrative tasks needed tomaintain the training system database, which includes training records,certifications, and files.
