JOB REQUIREMENTS: Job Type:RegularAs part of the Human Capital team, theAdministrative Coordinator provides administrative support to theEmployee Service Center and to the Human Capital team by collecting andorganizing information, effectively communicating with internal andexternal customers or vendors, contributing to the smooth operation ofthe department. We DairyYou As part of the Human Capital team, the Administrative Coordinatorprovides administrative support to the Employee Service Center and tothe Human Capital team by collecting and organizing information,effectively communicating with internal and external customers orvendors, contributing to the smooth operation of the department. Whatthe role is about: Administration: Creates all purchase orders for theHuman Capital team and receives invoices Treats some of the benefitsbilling Tracks inventory, orders and stocks office/breakroom/conferenceroom supply, as needed. Guides managers and employees to the appropriatepoints of contact for their Human Capital requests Performs variousreception duties including but not limited to: Coordinates guestvisits/security key cards. Answers office calls and properly directscallers and handles inbound and outbound mail. Handles inbound andoutbound mail (ex.: garnishment/VOE/Unemployment) Employee ServiceCenter: Provides general administrative support to Employee ServiceCenter including reporting, processing and reconciliations, document andpresentation preparation, customer service, and other projects andduties as assigned. Ensures Form I-9 completion Prepares Verification ofEmployment letters Coordinates distribution of workplace posters tovarious sites with the help of an external supplier. Assists new hireswith questions and ordering any necessary materials. Provides highquality customer service to solve employee requests. Participates invarious projects: Updates or proofreads HC/ESC procedures, documents andknowledge articles. Assists with Employee Service Center's low tomedium complexity inbound calls, voice messages and cases during peaktime. Participates in the coordination of employee events and activitiesfor the site Collaborates on ad hoc special projects or initiativesrelated to internal HC Performs any other related tasks as requested.What you need to be part of our team 3 years in administrative or officesupport roles High School Diploma or associate degree Good computerskills with MS Office Suite Have a strong customer service focus andinterest High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive andconfidential situations and documentation WE DAIRY YOU JOIN AGROPURAppleton Agropur welcomes people from all backgrounds and origins.
