Join theexciting team here at MGM Springfield and create amazing memories forour guests STARTING PAY: $15.45 per hour THE DAY-TO-DAY: Maintainspleasant, friendly, and professional demeanor with clients, guests, teammembers, and partners at all times. Serves as brand representative whenon property and exhibits a professional demeanor and willingness toassist guests whenever requested. Responsible for performing a varietyof assigned event duties such as; event set-up and breakdown, organizeand gather event supplies, maintain inventory of promotional items,maintain an organized workspace and assist guests with promotionparticipation. Team members are expected to complete event registration,accurate guest check-ins and gift redemptions while simultaneously usingmultiple computer software programs. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE: High schooldiploma or GED 1+ Years of prior experience in Special Events ispreferred Must be available days, nights & weekends as the schedulerotates each month based on event days and times THE PERKS & BENEFITS:Free meals in our employee dining room.
