JOB REQUIREMENTS: POSITION SUMMARYThe Director, Client Success isresponsible for maintaining and growing Breakthrough solutions withinthe current client base with many leading Fortune 500 organizations.Directors, Client Success must represent the entire range ofBreakthrough product offerings to clients and continually identifyopportunities to add client value and drive revenue growth. Thisposition will be located in Green Bay, WI with options for hybrid orremote work. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Establish strong, professional, andongoing relationships with key stakeholders within assigned clients.Elevate key stakeholders to VP Transportation and SustainabilityLeadership. Utilize Salesforce to map all client relationships andcoordinate account planning for collaboration across functions withinBreakthrough. Understand and be able to articulate the value propositionof all Breakthrough product offerings and demonstrate the application,specific and unique to each client engagement. Quarterly or semi-annualcadence of client value engagements. Lead strategy and change managementto enable value through new client implementations. Encourage early useof extended freight and sustainability tools for clients to obtain fullvalue after implementation and expand deep sale opportunities. Identifyopportunities to deliver additional value to current clients andcoordinate associated deep selling activities to drive revenue withproduct sales leaders. Lead client discovery in product introductionsand engage product leads in further sales activity. Lead the accountplanning cycle to deliver extraordinary value and service to the clientthrough the development of 1- and 3-year strategic roadmaps. Shareexperiences and develop best practices among Client Delivery team.Mentor, provide feedback, and development opportunities for ClientAccount Managers in alignment with Team Leads. Proactively assess,clarify, and validate client needs in partnership with Client AccountManagers on an ongoing basis. Review usage logs of activity forsystem-based users to determine patterns or changes in how they arederiving value. Achieve industry leading client and product retentionmetrics.
