THE STARTING RATE: $22.30 per hourTHE DAY-TO-DAY: Maintain solid knowledge of food products and skillfullyapply culinary techniques Identify and safely use kitchen equipmentRestock kitchen supplies and food items required for service Properlylabel and date products to ensure safekeeping and sanitation Maintainsolid menu knowledge and attention to detail with plate presentationAssist kitchen leadership and staff in execution of service Maintainsolid knowledge, understanding and preparation of base sauces, stocksand soups THE IDEAL CANDIDATE: Preferred prior experience working in ahigh-volume production or fine dining restaurant within a culinary role.Strong knowledge of Italian and/or fine dining cuisines and cookingtechniques is a bonus.
