Lockheed Martin Space is seeking an experienced RF Engineer to join our team in Littleton, CO We are looking for an experienced RF Engineer who holds Certified Principal Engineer (CPE) experience and has deep knowledge of antenna element design and active electronicallyu2011steerable arrays (AESAs). The successful candidate will lead the full lifecycle of antennau2011element hardware from concept, design, modeling/analysis, through system integration, testu2011plan development, and component qualification. #LI-CS1 #NSSGS #SpaceRF Basic Qualifications: u2022 Experience designing & testing antennas and/or feed networks such as reflectors, waveguide components, horns, helices, phased arrays, patches, or similar hardware. u2022 Experience with certifying and/or verifying Antenna components or subsystems u2022 Experience with Antenna payload architecture and/or performance analysis u2022 Active Top Secret clearance; must be able to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI clearance; US citizenship required Desired Skills: u2022 Active TS/SCI clearance u2022 Degree in electrical engineering or STEM related degree/certification or equivalent experience. u2022 Ability to execute major milestone reviews (e.g. SRR, PDR, CDR, etc.) u2022 A team player with the demonstrated ability to lead in cross functional teams and communicate and coordinate work as one team with common goals and technical project management u2022 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including a demonstrated ability to interact effectively with customers, management, and peers u2022 Ability to develop and analyze technical requirements, performing trade studies, and understand allocations flowed down to RF antenna, subsystems and/or components u2022 Experience defining end-to-end performance and functionality of RF antenna and/or subsystems, consistent with mission needs and CONOPS u2022 Experience analyzing and verifying technical requirements/functions for antenna systems u2022 Excellent problem solving and Troubleshooting skills u2022 Experience reviewing supplier/factory data results to show compliance to RF antenna engineering requirements u2022 Experience with certifying and selling off an RF antenna or subsystem to the customer Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration. Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits. Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $123,500 - $217,695. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidateu2019s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer. (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays.
