Line Lead 3rd shift

summary:Directs, leads and monitors production line staff to ensure quality of product meets expectations. - Communicates constantly with packaging operators regarding work orders requirements, operational issues, and productivity. - Oversees all changeovers to ensure they are performed in a safe and efficient manner. -Ensures all productivity of the label machine and changes out labels as needed. - Identifies operational concerns and communicates with production supervisor and maintenance technicians. - Continuously checks product to ensure specified requirements are met and pulls damaged product from the line. - Completes production kits and required paperwork in a timely manner. - Analyzes and resolves production line issues, or assists line workers in solving issues. - Communicates with forklift operator regarding replenishment needs. - Ensures a clean and safe work environment.
