Responsibilities Responsibilities What Youu2019ll Do As a leading contributor within the practice, this midu2011senioru2011level consulting role provides consistently highu2011quality and innovative solution leadership to project teams. You will: Serve as a Lead Functional Consultant with extensive NetSuite ERP implementation and optimization expertise Analyze business needs to ensure the Oracle NetSuite solution meets customer objectives by combining leading practices, product knowledge, and business acumen Resolve complex customer issues by recommending and delivering effective solutions Collaborate closely with the customer success team to quickly assess client needs, develop innovative plans, and implement solutions that meet or exceed expectations Demonstrate a passion for business and cloud technologies , applying advanced analytical and problemu2011solving skills to help clients operate more efficiently Conduct functional requirementsu2011gathering sessions and solution workshops Communicate clearly and confidently , with strong presentation skills Additional responsibilities include: Leading optimization efforts within engagements to deliver highu2011quality solutions within time and priority constraints Providing direction and mentoring to customer teams, and influencing customer leadership on key decisions Managing clients in postu2013gou2011live environments Overseeing the delivery of NetSuite application functionality Partnering with NetSuite technical and performance experts to achieve the best outcomes for customers Delivering exceptional client satisfaction and loyalty is a top priority. In this role, you will often work under pressure, manage multiple customers simultaneously, and consistently strive to meet customer expectations. Successful candidates will have experience gathering customer business requirements and strong business analysis skills. Functional knowledge of NetSuite and an understanding of accounting principles are highly desirable. Excellent interpersonal skills are essential. Location and Travel This role is based in the United States and requires the ability to travel up to 25%. Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only US: Hiring Range in USD from $25.48 to $60.63 per hour; from: $53,000 to $126,100 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
