BCforward will send official notice ahead of a confirmed start date.Expected Duration: 6 MonthsJob Type: CONTRACTPay Range: $27/hr on W2Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).Title: Advertising Campaign Manager 2Duration: 6-month contractLocation: RemoteTop 3 Required 3+ years of experience with Eloqua or Marketo 4+ years of experience with Microsoft Excel and strong ability to manipulate data in Excel 3+ years of experience with SalesforceSummary:Program is looking for a Marketing Campaign Operations Contractor to join Global Marketing Operations team. Candidate to be focused on supporting the execution of world class marketing campaigns by triaging requests that come in and working closely with Campaign Operation teams daily to get work done. The primary role will be around building Eloqua Programs and emails, building Marketo Programs and Emails in bespoke Marketo instance, monitoring lead management system, and helping to surface gaps and areas of opportunity in our marketing tech stack.Key Responsibilities: [Campaign Ops] Work across the Marketing Operations team on all aspects of program/campaign operations from audience targeting, list uploads, email creation, program execution and program measurement. [Campaign Ops] Actively identify and remove obstacles preventing our Marketing teams from realizing their campaign execution [Strategic] Evaluate our lead management process to find growth levers, gaps, and propose process improvements Partner cross functionally with Marketing, Product, Revenue Operation, and Engineering teams to design and implement insights and systems to drive organizational growth [Campaign Ops] Document, maintain, and evangelize Marketing Operation frameworks and processes to drive consistency across multiple partners [Analyst] Help us review our marketing campaign performance and surface trends or insights that we can inform the larger Marketing organization [Analyst] Monitor and debug our marketing data logs, flows, and pipelines to understand where data and process can be improvedRequired Skills & Experience: 4+ years of marketing operations experience with a Global B2B software company 3+ years of experience with Eloqua or Marketo 4+ years of experience with Microsoft Excel and strong ability to manipulate data in Excel 3+ years of experience with Marketing B2B Reporting (e.g. in Salesforce, Looker, Tableau, PowerBi etc) 3+ years of experience with Salesforce Strong understanding and experience with HTML & CSS Ability to juggle multiple, demanding tasks simultaneously and with accuracy Good understanding of B2B email/nurture marketing best practices, deliverability/governance, data quality management and marketing attribution models Demonstrated experience in converting business requirements into technical specifications for executionEducation & Experience:BA degree in marketing or a related field is required to be eligible for this role.Benefits:BCforward offers all eligible employees a comprehensive benefits package including, but not limited to major medical, HSA, dental, vision, employer-provided group life, voluntary life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, and 401k.About BCforward:
