Description We are looking for an experienced IT Business Systems Analyst to join our team in Kings Park, New York. In this role, you will play a vital part in analyzing and optimizing data processes, designing impactful reports, and ensuring seamless integration across business systems. Responsibilities: u2022 Develop and optimize SQL queries and stored procedures to support comprehensive data analysis and reporting. u2022 Design and implement interactive dashboards and visualizations using Power BI to provide actionable business insights. u2022 Create and manage reports with SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) to ensure timely and accurate data delivery. u2022 Lead migration projects by overseeing data extraction, transformation, and loading processes while maintaining data integrity. u2022 Collaborate with various teams to gather data requirements and ensure seamless integration between systems. u2022 Analyze current business systems and processes to identify opportunities for improvement and automation. u2022 Document technical specifications, data flows, and reporting requirements to facilitate clear communication with stakeholders. u2022 Conduct regular audits and validations to uphold high standards of data quality and accuracy. u2022 Implement data governance practices to maintain compliance and secure data accessibility. u2022 Troubleshoot system issues and data inconsistencies, providing efficient resolutions to stakeholders. Requirements u2022 Bacheloru2019s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field. u2022 Minimum of 3 years of experience in business systems analysis or data analysis roles. u2022 Advanced proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server, including complex query writing and performance tuning. u2022 Hands-on experience with SSRS for report creation and Power BI for data visualization. u2022 Demonstrated expertise in managing migration projects, including data mapping and validation processes. u2022 Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts, governance practices, and quality assurance. u2022 Strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical details effectively to non-technical audiences. u2022 Exceptional problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
