Join Northway Academy in Shakopee as a Behavior Technician, where youu2019ll provide 1:1 center-based ABA therapy to children with Autism and related condition. In this hands-on role, youu2019ll help kids develop meaningful skillsu2014like communication, emotional regulation, daily routines, and social interaction. Youu2019ll be part of a supportive, mission driven team focused on helping each child grow, thrive, and reach their potential $17-$22/hour plus $1 increase @ 6 months Monday-Friday 8am-4pm Note: Must be open to starting in our Bloomington location until the Shakopee location opens , services will then be moved to the Shakopee location What Youu2019ll Do: + Support children with autism through early intervention programs + Implement therapy plans and behavior strategies + Teach skills for communication, self-care, and social interaction + Help manage behaviors and support transitions to school settings What You'll Bring + 18 years of age or older + High School Diploma or GED + Willingness to assist children in areas of behavior support and personal care Why You'll Love Working Here + Consistent Schedule u2013 Full time, Monday through Friday 8am-4pm.
