Join us Job Description: This job is responsible for supporting a cluster of financial centers in designated markets in the absence of the assigned financial center manager and as a market-level resource. Key responsibilities include managing as a business owner, fostering a team environment, and instilling an effective client-centric and risk culture. Job expectations include driving operational excellence, ensuring that all aspects of the financial center run effectively and cohesively. Responsibilities: u2022 Operates as a back up financial center leader within a market u2022 Manages client traffic, engaging and appropriately routing clients, and fostering client retention u2022 Manages business results through formalized management routines and coaching u2022 Creates a world class client experience environment u2022 Manages market-level initiative prescribed by market leaders u2022 Drives operational excellence Required Qualifications: u2022 1+ years leadership experience demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: coaching, training, or motivating a diverse work team u2022 Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate with others outside of reporting authority to achieve shared goals u2022 Proven customer service skills and the ability to resolve problems independently or escalate as needed to promote customer satisfaction u2022 Strong financial and business acumen including experience in leading managers and interpreting financial reports to drive profitability u2022 Proven record of balancing risk and making sound decisions while achieving business goals u2022 Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to easily engage others in dialogue, convey sincere interest in building/deepening relationships, and demonstrate a commitment to providing personalized service u2022 Strong organizational skills including the ability to manage multiple responsibilities, prioritize and delegate while delivering results u2022 Strong communication skills (including verbal, non-verbal, written and presentation) and active listening skills u2022 Proficiency in computer skills and professional programs (for example, Microsoft Office) u2022 Availability to work weekends and/or extended hours as required to run the business u2022 Must be able to travel to any financial center within the defined market Desired Qualifications: u2022 1+ years management experience including hiring, coaching, and developing direct reports u2022 Experience in the following industries: Consumer banking/financial services, mortgage, retail or hospitality u2022 Bacheloru2019s Degree in related field u2022 Bilingual (fluent verbal and written) Skills: u2022 Customer Service Management u2022 Performance Management u2022 Coaching u2022 Customer and Client Focus u2022 Talent Development u2022 Risk Management u2022 Sales Performance Management u2022 Business Operations Management u2022 Recruiting u2022 Result Orientation u2022 Referral Management u2022 Leadership Development u2022 Inclusive Leadership u2022 Prioritization u2022 Problem Solving Minimum Education Requirement: u2022 High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent _It is unlawful in Massachusetts to require or administer a lie detector test as a condition of employment or continued employment.
