About the Role Weu2019re looking for a customer-obsessed professional to serve as the first point of contact for lessees, vendors, and brokers. In this role, youu2019ll handle inbound calls and written inquiries, troubleshoot and resolve issues within established guidelines, and act as a liaison across internal teams and external partners. Success means communicating clearly and professionally, protecting company interests, and delivering consistently exceptional service. What Youu2019ll Do Customer Service & Communication + Respond to inbound calls and written requests with professionalism and urgency. + Provide clear, accurate guidance on: general lease questions, buyout quotes, invoicing, insurance, prou2011rata rental, personal property tax, sales tax, address and contract changes, payment histories, satisfaction letters, assignment-of-lease and nameu2011change processes, UCC cancellations, automatic payments, and document copies/explanations. Issue Resolution + Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve external customer issues promptly within policy. + Keep management informed of significant situations that could pose risk to the company. Crossu2011Functional Liaison & Documentation + Coordinate solutions across internal departments and outside companies/brokers. + Notate databases clearly and consistently; prepare payment/contract adjustments and manual invoices; process automatic payment deduction requests; assist with releases/changes on vehicle titles and UCC actions. Professional Standards + Model strong work ethic, professional attitude, teamwork, and goal orientation. + Manage time effectively; stay organized with high attention to detail; perform well under pressure. + Maintain regular, predictable attendance; assist and support colleagues as needed; perform other duties assigned by management. What Youu2019ll Bring + Experience in customer service, ideally in leasing, equipment finance, or financial services. + Excellent verbal and written communication; strong interpersonal skills for working with lessees, vendors, brokers, and internal teams. + Proficiency (or quick learning ability) with software and data systems. + Sound judgment, integrity, and the ability to escalate issues appropriately. + Detail orientation, organization, and timeu2011management skills. Preferred + Familiarity with lease buyouts, tax/insurance topics, contract changes, UCC filings, and automatic payment setups. + Experience acting as a liaison among operations, collections, accounting, and external partners. About You: + H.S. Diploma/GED. + Bacheloru2019s Degree in business, finance, or related discipline. + 2-4 years of previous high-volume customer service experience. + Ability to read and write, with basic arithmetic skills. + Basic analytical and problem-solving skills. + Strong written and verbal communication skills. + Ability to work effectively with individuals and groups across the company to manage internal and external customer relationships. + Proficiency with personal computers and related software packages such as Word and Excel, and other business machines. The pay range for this role is $21.00 - $30.00 The pay rate for the selected candidate is dependent upon a variety of non-discriminatory factors including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, education, and geographic location. The role may be eligible for performance-based incentive compensation, and those details will be provided during the recruitment process.
