Marketing and Business Development Systems Manager

Manage the Global MandBD Systems team in conjunction with an existing Systems Manager based in the UK, reporting to the Global Head of MandBD Operations and Systemsand#10;Oversee the day-to-day operational support and administration of the MandBD systems, which includes:and#10;Client Relationship Management (CRM) system: InterActionand#10;Email Marketing system: Litera Concepand#10;Enterprise Relationship Management system: Introhiveand#10;Experience Management system: Litera Foundationand#10;Leading on the roll out and continued development of our global experience management tool, Litera Foundation. This will include:and#10;System configurationand#10;Integrations (with support from IT and the vendor)and#10;Automation of data capture processand#10;Global communicationsand#10;Designing and delivering trainingand#10;Oversee the provision of user support by the Systems team, ensuring timely and efficient handling of day-to-day support tasksand#10;Deliver end-user training for all MandBD systems to MandBD, other business teams and lawyers, as neededand#10;Define and an approach for improving data accuracy for all MandBD systemsand#10;Input into plans to leverage technology and AI to improve operational efficiency across MandBD, but specifically utilizing AI within the Systems team and taking advantage of AI embedded in our systemsand#10;Lead our relationships with vendors, alongside IT counterparts, to ensure effective support, upgrades, and contract renewaland#10;Project manage process improvements for MandBD stakeholdersand#10;Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet or exceed stakeholder expectationsand#10;Plan, manage, and deliver solutions that extract value from existing MandBD systemsand#10;Identify and validate the need for new technology to be introduced and create business cases to support change.and#10;Analyze and articulate stakeholder requirements and advocate for solutions that meet these requirements and contribute to the firm's overall strategy.and#10;Create clear and concise plans and documentation that support the CMO and Global Head of MandBD Operations and Systems deliver on their commitments.and#10;Represent MandBD in technology projects and contribute to wider MandBD projects, as required.and#10;All members of the firm are expected and encouraged to participate in our global Responsible Business program.and#10;Specific duties or responsibilities may be reviewed from time to time to reflect changes in personnel and management structure, location, and services.
