Visit us here to learn more about u200bAccenture Infrastructure & Capital Projects ( THE WORK: + Youu2019ll ensure the safety of Accenture and Client employees, State employees, Contractor employees, and the traveling public by observing contractor operations and traffic conditions, making recommendations, and taking corrective action when necessary. + Youu2019ll review contractor operations for compliance with CAL OSHA regulations. + Youu2019ll provide direction to staff to ensure that complete, accurate, and timely contract recordsu2014pertaining to construction progress, job expenditures, budget programs, and work order balancesu2014are maintained in accordance with State and Federal regulations and laws. + Youu2019ll confer with contractors regarding compliance with plans, quality of work, and construction activity. + Youu2019ll perform field inspections of contractor work to determine compliance with plans, specifications, special provisions, utility agreements, and related requirements. + Youu2019ll prepare reports, as well as review and incorporate daily inspection reports from Field Inspectors, to document the contractoru2019s activities. + Youu2019ll maintain accurate and complete project records and ensure compliance with departmental policies and procedures. + Youu2019ll calculate and document field quantities for payment purposes. + Youu2019ll document the as-built condition of the constructed facility. + Youu2019ll monitor the project schedule and budget, and report as required to executive leadership. + Youu2019ll assist Accenture in managing the project to maintain quality, schedule, and budget. + Youu2019ll prepare contract change orders for making alterations, deviations, additions, or deletions to the plans and specifications to ensure proper completion or construction of the contract. + Youu2019ll formulate, research, and develop solutions for field conditions that necessitate a contract change order, which may include performing any necessary engineering redesign work. + Youu2019ll identify the need for and prepare contract-related documents for submission to the contractor. + Youu2019ll review CPM schedules and identify and mitigate project risks. + Youu2019ll complete a daily project diary of pertinent activities and discussions held regarding the progress of the contractoru2019s work and interactions with the Project/Construction Manager. + Youu2019ll assist Accenture and the Client in resolving and responding to contractor disputes in a timely manner as provided by the contract. + Youu2019ll prepare draft claim reports for Client Vendor/Contract Management when required. + Youu2019ll ensure that inspection, testing, and other quality activities are performed in accordance with the Clientu2019s Quality Management Plan (QMP). + Youu2019ll ensure conformance with all Client contract documents. + Youu2019ll perform constructability reviews and provide comments on design packages. + Onsite at client site: The work location for this role is onsite with our clients and partners to enable delivery and cultivate our client relationships. + With all our roles, there is some in-person time for collaboration, learning and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders and communities. As an employer, we will be as flexible as possible to support your specific work/life needs. $175,000 - $250,000 a year Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
