Join us and be part of something extraordinary.We're seeking a future team member for the role of Associate, Corporate Tax to join our Finance team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:Demonstrate a strong understanding of the end-to-end processes for onboarding, withholding, depositing, and reporting of non-payroll taxesPerform quality control activities on all Tax Information Returns (e.g., Forms 1099 and Forms 1042-S)Liaise with business units to facilitate submission of Tax Information Returns (e.g., Forms 1099 and Forms 1042-S)Prepare annual year-end Tax Forms 945 and 1042 workpapers and create an audit trail for manager reviewPrepare monthly, quarterly, and annual state returnsComfortable analyzing processes, large data, and working with various stakeholdersPerform compliance testing / health checks across various lines of business to ensure compliance with documentation, withholding and reporting requirements. Consolidate compliance testing results with manager to present to line of business and remediate deficienciesFacilitate the deposit of non-payroll federal and state taxes on a timely basisWork with technology to strategize on ways to increase efficiencies through automation/roboticsCommunicate issues as they arise and follow through to resolutionMonitoring project plans/timelines and tracking progress.Partnering with senior corporate tax staff to identify Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to monitor and manage business performance.Liaising between Corporate Tax, vendors, and the user communities.To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:Self-starter who is comfortable working autonomously but seeks help and escalates when needed.
