Senior Encompass Consultant (LOS)

Overview Job Purpose The ICE Mortgage Technologyu2019s Professional Services Consultant will be responsible for driving the adoption, optimization, and deployment of our solutions. Using their expertise and the organizationu2019s best practices, the consultant will aid in the design, building, and delivery of the solution. The consultant will also assist in developing business requirements, specifications, process flows, application design, and configuration, along with testing and deployment. The ideal candidate will have three to five years' experience implementing software solutions. Responsibilities + Design, build and deliver solutions for customeru2019s critical business functions. + Adhere to and promote best practices and design guidelines + Utilize ICE Mortgage Technologyu2019s solutions automation to streamline customer processes + Identify project issues and risks, then present alternatives and solutions to resolve them + Recommend features and improvements to optimize and increase the use of ICE Mortgage Technology solutions + Maintain relevant expertise in the mortgage industry + Up to 50% travel availability Knowledge and Experience + Mortgage Banking or Financial Services Technology experience required + Project Management skills, including status reporting, project documentation, issue resolution, time management and project communication required + Encompass experience required + Implementation of enterprise software experience preferred + Strong Microsoft Office Solutions preferred #LI-SF1 Intercontinental Exchange, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
