Job Title Military Pathways - Project Manager What does a successful Military Pathways u2013 Project Manager do? Whether you're transitioning from active duty to civilian life or currently serving in the National Guard or Reserve, the Military Pathways u2013 Project Manager role offers a unique opportunity to apply your military experience in a dynamic professional setting. In this role, youu2019ll lead projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure the successful execution of tasksu2014all central to overseeing project operations. Your background in strategic planning, team leadership, and adaptability equips you with the skills needed to thrive in project management at Fiserv. What you will do: u00b7 Coordinate project activities, timelines, and communications across internal teams and client stakeholders u00b7 Support planning, documentation, and tracking of project milestones, risks, and deliverables u00b7 Facilitate meetings, manage follow-ups, and maintain project dashboards and reporting tools u00b7 Assist with project governance, issue escalation, and third-party coordination u00b7 Contribute to both technical and non-technical projects, depending on your experience and interests u00b7 Communicate progress clearly and consistently to ensure alignment and transparency What you will need to have: u00b7 High school diploma or equivalent required; bacheloru2019s degree preferred u00b7 3u20135 years of experience in project coordination, operations, or team leadership driving large scale projects in a matrixed environment u00b7 Ability to work after hours, on-call, or weekends as needed, and travel up to 25% u00b7 Recently separated from military service or actively serving in the National Guard/Reserve component What would be great to have: u00b7 Familiarity with project management tools such as MS Project, PowerPoint, or Visio u00b7 Exposure to project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) u00b7 Staff operations, command, department head, senior enlisted advisor experience u00b7 Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or Interest in pursuing PMP certification u00b7 Experience or interest in banking, financial services, professional services, and/or software industries u00b7 Strong written and verbal communication skills This role is not eligible to be performed in Colorado, California, District of Columbia, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Nevada, Rhode Island or Washington.
