This position is ideal for professionals with hands-on experience in electrical installation who are ready to work in a team environment and mentor others while maintaining a high standard of craftsmanship. Key Responsibilities u25cfUse and maintain basic hand tools and company-provided tools u25cfIdentify appropriate fasteners and materials for job-specific needs u25cfFollow detailed layouts and install branch circuitry and feeder conduits u25cfBend and install EMT, rigid, and PVC conduit (1u201d to 4u201d) using hand and ratcheting benders u25cfInstall fixtures, devices, and proper terminations u25cfInterpret and follow construction documents and wiring diagrams u25cfPlan and execute wire pulls and terminations, including up to 4u201d conduit u25cfUnderstand lighting controls, grounding, and conduit/wire types and applications u25cfPerform transformer installations and troubleshooting u25cfUse wire crimping tools effectively u25cfMentor apprentices and junior team members, ensuring quality of their work u25cfEnsure all work complies with the National Electrical Code (NEC) Minimum Requirements u25cf4+ years of commercial or industrial electrical experience u25cfHigh school diploma or GED u25cfMust pass a mandatory drug screening u25cfMust provide two professional references u25cfValid driveru2019s license and reliable transportation u25cfMust own basic personal tools of the trade Preferred Qualifications u25cfReferral from a current Fountain Services employee u25cfFormal training in an accredited apprenticeship or trade school program u25cfOSHA-10 or other relevant electrical certifications Our Four Keys to Success At Fountain Services, all employees u2014 from entry-level to leadership u2014 commit to: 1.Show up every day on time 2.Appreciate instruction from leaders 3.Let your work ethic speak for you 4.Retain knowledge Weu2019re looking for professionals who want to build a long-term career in a company that values growth, integrity, and high performance.
