What Will You Do? Ask all the right questions to pleasantly engage and consultatively sell batteries, light bulbs and accessory items to retail and commercial customers, both face-to-face and via phone. Utilize store resources and expertise to solve our customers' problems. Contribute as a Team Member to the overall success of the store, including suggesting additional items for customers. As trained, perform battery tests, installations, and battery pack rebuilds. As trained, perform repairs on devices such as smart phones and tablets. As trained, cut and program automotive key fobs. Cash handling, inventory control, store maintenance, and other miscellaneous duties such as stocking and loading as required for the success of the store. Qualifications u2022 H.S. diploma/equivalent and 6 months prior work experience preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.u2022 Prior retail experience preferred but not required.u2022 Ability to gain quick and solid understanding of company's products, processes, point of sale, and cross reference systems.u2022 Good listening and verbal communication skills with a customer focus.u2022 Must possess and use organizational and analytical problem solving skills.u2022 Ability to handle multiple projects/tasks to effectively prioritize, follow up, and meet deadlines with multiple tasks and projects.u2022 Ability to calculate simple math, percents, ratios and algebraic expressions and read gauges.u2022 Demonstrated technical aptitude and or technical experience desired.u2022 Valid driver's license with clean driving record preferred.
