This position is also responsible for assisting the store’s customers by addressing inquiries and resolving complaints. The Customer Service Manager will order and process materials as well as assist with back charging. ResponsibilitiesCustomer ServiceStrong Communication SkillsDetail OrientedSourcing MaterialAccounts Receivable QualificationsInterface with customers, providing updates on delivery and schedulesFacilitate the resolution of problems and issues between customers and productionProvide detailed updates on shipments, tracking data, ship-to-date counts and remaining deliveriesDirect order entry/processing, ensuring orders get put to the floor in a correct and efficient mannerProvide support to sales and customers with pricing information and other inquiriesOther duties assigned by management
