About the RoleWe’re seeking an experienced Social Work Supervisor to lead the clinical and administrative delivery of services for children and families in the community. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on clinical excellence, staff supervision, and positive client outcomes within a therapeutic foster care model.? Key ResponsibilitiesProvide clinical supervision and leadership to staffOversee and review treatment records and reportsBuild therapeutic relationships with children, foster families, and biological familiesAssess and coordinate routine and emergency mental health servicesMake treatment, placement, and transition decisionsProvide/coordinate crisis and emergency assessments, including on-call support when neededMonitor program outcomes, fidelity, and effectivenessEnsure timely completion of required reports and documentation✅ Required QualificationsMaster’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Professional CounselingMichigan licensure: LMSW, LLP, or LPC (required)3+ years providing mental health services to children/adolescents1+ year in a supervisory roleStrong clinical skills, DSM knowledge, crisis intervention experience, and cultural competencyValid driver’s license with a favorable driving recordMust be authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available)?
