An active, values-driven family in Darien, Connecticut is seeking a professional, pet-friendly live-in or live-out nanny to join them in caring for their 2-year-old son, with a second child expected this spring. Feedback, collaboration, and trust are central to how they partner with a nanny.They are open to live-in or live-out candidates and guarantee 40-45 hours per week, with the schedule falling between 7/8am-4/5pm.The family prefers a Thursday through Monday schedule, though they are also open to Monday through Friday for the right fit. Flexibility for weekday date nights and occasional weekend coverage is essential to the role. Additional hours may be available for a live-in nanny seeking them.
