Description We are looking for a skilled Tax Preparer to join our team in Canton, Massachusetts. Responsibilities: u2022 Prepare accurate and timely individual tax returns in compliance with current regulations. u2022 Handle corporate tax return preparation, ensuring all financial data is properly documented. u2022 Utilize tax software such as Intuit ProSeries to streamline processes and maintain consistency. u2022 Collaborate closely with clients to gather required information and clarify any discrepancies. u2022 Review financial records and statements to ensure accuracy and completeness. u2022 Stay updated on tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance and provide informed guidance. u2022 Maintain organized records for easy retrieval and reference during audits or reviews. u2022 Conduct thorough quality checks to minimize errors and improve overall reliability. u2022 Provide support and expertise to team members during high-volume periods. u2022 Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive client information.
