We are looking for a dedicated Senior Manager Clinical Services like you to be a part of our team. Job Summary and Qualifications The Clinical Services Senior Manager serves as an integral entry-level part of the HealthTrust Clinical Services team. This role will support both HealthTrust sourcing initiatives and new technology clinical requests, by researching and synthesizing evidence from regulatory and professional guidelines, journals and other literature sources, which will provide clinical insight and content to guide the sourcing team, clinical advisory boards and membership. Working closely with members of the Physician Advisor Network will be a key component of this role and will assist with understanding and integrating the perspectives, insights, and views of our physician advisors. + Strategic Leadership: Along with Clinical Services team, helps to inform the strategy, oversight, prioritization, expansion, and accountability of clinical strategy, physician advisors engagement, new technology assessments, and key sourcing relationships. + Clinical Education Service: Identify and coordinate key clinical strategy and supportive education solutions to influence and support the organizationu2019s strategy. Aid in design of member education experience and engagement. + Clinical Request Service: Lead member and internal team requests, and help to identify scalable solutions to best support the organizational goals, member needs, and company brand. + Strategic Partnerships: Act as key partner in internal sourcing education needs to best advance a clinically-let sourcing strategy. Interacts and develops relationships with internal and external stakeholders to better understand needs and challenges (HealthTrust colleagues, members, physician advisors). + Customer Relations: Continuously defines and improves customer solutions u2013 internal and external u2013 to advance the organizationu2019s goals. Requirements + Bachelor or Master Degree (RN, RT, PA, PharmD, MPH) is required. + Advanced Clinical Training (MHS, MPH, PA, NP, PharmD, MBA) preferred. + Background or experience in an acute care and/or non-acute care hospital environment + Direct experience working with physicians and hospital executives + Direct experience leading change management within a health system + Direct experience leading a scaled initiative across facilities + Strong organizational and critical thinking skills + Excellent presentation and executive communication skills are essential + Results-oriented individual with a demonstrated strong commitment and willingness to do what it takes to get the job done in a team environment + Possesses developed interpersonal skills to work in a high profile and fast paced team environment + Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple concurrent projects within deadlines + Leads with curiosity and clinically-led, member-focused problem-solving spirit In today's challenging business environment of cost pressures, supply disruptions, and workforce shortages, it is crucial for providers to efficiently manage expenses and enhance performance.
