We are seeking dedicated individuals to fill the role ofClient Care Coordinator within our West Allis Outpatient Mental HealthClinic. As our Client Care Coordinator, you will be responsible forensuring that all clients are satisfied with their services and that allof their treatment needs have been met. This position works with clientsfrom their first referral through their first session with a clinicianin our PSG clinics. This is a unique opportunity to work for anorganization that is dedicated to helping individuals and familiesachieve their greatest potential through dynamic and innovativeprogramming. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE CLIENT CARE COORDINATOR: Enterall new client information into our electronic health record accuratelyUse systems to verify active insurance and related information Take allincoming referrals for new clients and respond within 24 hours Scheduleclient's first appointment with urgency Follow up with referral sourcesregarding the appointment status Communicate with client in regard towhat they should expect, what items to bring to their first appointment,etc. SCHEDULE AND LOCATION: This position will be part-time and onsiteat our West Allis Clinic. 24 hours per week, Wednesday-Friday from9:00am-5:00pm.
