Job Summary TheLead HRIS will be responsible for overseeing and supporting activitiesthroughout the technology lifecycle related to the Human Resourcesinfrastructure for business processes and systems. The Lead HRIScollaborates with business leadership to understand strategies and worksto develop technology solutions required to enable Human Resourcetechnology. This position leads implementation projects, systemschanges, project plans, testing plans, and change management plans. TheLead HRIS serves as a liaison to IS to lead collaboration on design,implementation, optimization, maintenance, and enhancement effortsrelated to the entire Human Resource platform. Job ResponsibilitiesProvides technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance across theentire HR platform. Provide strategic oversight for the administration,configuration, and ongoing maintenance of all HR modules, ensuringsystem integrity and operational excellence across the entire platform.Collaborates with leadership and the HRIS team to identify systemimprovements, enhancements, recommendations, and implement solutions.Serves as lead liaison between HR, Information Systems, externalvendors, and other stakeholders. Ensures system compliance with datasecurity, privacy requirements, and data governance. Manage securityroles, permissions, and segregation of duties (SoD) to ensureappropriate access to sensitive data. Maintains knowledge of trends anddevelopments in HRIS providers, vendors, and technology. Act as anadvisor and mentor to the HRIS team, providing guidance and sharingexpertise on complex issues and solutions.
